APA Secretary General’s Message on the occasion of the Palau’s Constitution Day
Secretary General of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) cabled separate messages of congratulation to Speakers of the Senate and House of Delegates of the Republic of Palau. In his message, APA Secretary General congratulated the Constitution Day of Palau; a jubilant occasion celebrated on 9th July every year.
