"National Referendum in the Territory of Palestine" A democratic plan, proposed by Iran to settle the Palestine Question

Dr. Amirabdullahian, Special Assistant to the Speaker of Parliament of Iran through a letter addressed to APA Secretary General underlined the unresolved Palestine Question, as a source of grave concern and a challenge to global peace and security and presented a proposed Plan by Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations ( S/2019/862) known as " National Referendum in the Territory of Palestine " as a fair, reasonable and democratic plan to settle Palestine Question.
