Palestine National Council Condemns US Veto of a UN Resulution on Jerusalmem

The Palestine National Council (PNC) stressed, in a statement issued today, that disgrace and shame was brought on the US after its veto on the Egyptian-drafted resolution which affirmed that "any decisions and actions which purport to have altered the character, status or demographic composition of the Holy City of Jerusalem, as an occupied Palestinian city, have no legal effect, are null and void, and must be rescinded in compliance with relevant resolutions of the Security Council."
