APA Secretary General’s cable of congratulation to the New IPU President

The APA Secretary General cabled a message of congratulation to Mr. Darte Pacheco, who was recently elected as the new IPU President.
A Member of Parliament from Portugal, Pacheco achieved to win the 3 year term post of IPU Presidency at the IPU Council Meeting held 1-4 November on virtual basis.
